Background
AI-based radiology platform, 5C Network, has partnered with German Medical Innovation Co Ltd (GMIC) to expand its artificial intelligence solutions across Europe. The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the deployment and validation of 5C Network’s flagship technologies.
According to a company statement issued on Sunday, the collaboration marks a major step in 5C Network’s global expansion as it brings its Bionic Suite, India’s most widely deployed AI-powered radiology platform, to the European healthcare market. PwC Cyprus served as the facilitation agency for the partnership.
The partnership will deploy and clinically test two of 5C’s main innovations, Bionic Vision and Bionic Voice. Bionic Vision uses AI to detect medical images, prioritize cases, and check quality, which improves diagnoses and delivers results faster. Bionic Voice lets radiologists turn their speech into clear and accurate clinical reports quickly.
As part of the agreement, both 5C Network and GMIC Cyprus will collaborate on research projects, pilot programs, and clinical studies to assess the technologies’ performance before scaling them across Europe.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our Bionic Suite to Europe alongside a progressive partner like GMIC Cyprus,” said Kalyan Sivasailam, CEO and Co-Founder of 5C Network. “This collaboration marks a strategic step toward creating the world’s first AI-native radiology solution and addressing the worldwide demand for quicker, more precise diagnostics.”
