Brady Insurance based in Leitrim has announced Trish O’Hagan as its newly elected Operations Director. Hailing from Mayo, she comes with nearly three decades of rich experience in the insurance market with particular emphasis on improving customer experiences and ensuring excellent delivery on various brokerage firms.

O’Hagan commenced in 1995 with JJ McNicholas in Swinford and has spent two decades at Hastings Insurance. Most recently, she covered a national personal lines role at Campion PIB. Her leadership experience is further highlighted through her former presidency role with the Insurance Institute of Sligo. She worked to promote professionalism within the industry, including supporting the insurance apprenticeship program- a program dedicated to developing new talent. Commenting on his appointment, O’Hagan said: “I’m excited to be joining the Brady Insurance team as operations director at this exciting time in their history. Brady Insurance is an established family brokerage with a reputation for service and underwriting excellence.”.
