Based in Paris, Estrangin will collaborate closely with Houlihan Lokey’s global Aerospace, Defense & Government team. He will also support France-related transactions across the wider Industrials Group, helping the firm deepen client relationships and execute complex cross-border deals during a period of strong market activity.
Estrangin brings nearly 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He previously co-founded Lincoln International’s Paris office, where he spent 18 years building and expanding the firm’s French operations. During this time, he co-led the European Aerospace and Defense practice and completed more than 40 transactions across various industrial sectors.
Houlihan Lokey’s leadership welcomed the appointment, highlighting Estrangin’s strong sector knowledge and execution skills.
